On April 1, Lenovo Group’s 2026/27 fiscal year mobilization conference was held in Beijing. Lenovo Group Chairman and CEO Yang Yuanqing announced at the meeting that Lenovo will fully transform into an AI-native company, saying, “AI is not an add-on project, not an extra layer, and not an after-the-fact supplement,” and calling for everything—from product design to business processes—to be rebuilt with artificial intelligence at the core.

Yang Yuanqing defined the new fiscal year as “the year of AI delivery,” with the goal of delivering personal intelligence and enterprise intelligence products to customers, improving the ecosystem, and establishing Lenovo’s leading position in the field of hybrid artificial intelligence. Yang Yuanqing revealed that devices equipped with Lenovo Qira will begin global shipments this month, and the Tianxi personal superintelligent agent will also complete a new round of iteration.
