Jinbei Automotive and others establish a new robotics technology company

People’s Finance and News (People’s Securities) reported on April 7 that, according to the Qichacha app, in recent days, Jinzhivariable Robot Technology (Shenyang) Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of RMB 15 million. Its business scope includes sales of intelligent robots; research and development of intelligent robots; sales of artificial intelligence hardware; artificial intelligence public data platforms, and more. According to Qichacha’s equity look-through, the company is jointly held by Jinbei Auto (600609) and Zivariable Robot Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.
