Aptiv PLC (APTV) Completes Spin-Off of Versigent Limited
Aptiv PLC (APTV) has completed the spin-off of its subsidiary, Versigent Limited, distributing one ordinary share of Versigent for every three Aptiv shares held by shareholders as of March 17, 2026. Versigent’s shares are now trading on the NYSE under “VGNT,” allowing both companies to focus on their core operations and potentially enhance shareholder value. Pro forma financial information related to the spin-off will be released in an amendment to Form 8-K.
