Maison Solutions (MSS) reported a significant downturn, swinging to a net loss of $5.2 million in Q3 and $11.8 million for the nine months ended January 31, 2026, compared to net incomes in the prior year. The company cited higher general and administrative expenses, non-operating charges including investment losses and an unrealized loss on digital assets, and a negative change in derivative liability as reasons for the decline. Furthermore, Maison Solutions warned about its ability to continue as a going concern due to recurring losses, an accumulated deficit of $13.37 million, and negative working capital of $6.21 million, though it plans to boost sales and seek additional financing.
