Pakistani Prime Minister proposes: Trump grants a two-week grace period, Iran opens the Strait of Hormuz for two weeks

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz said in a post on social media early on the morning of the 8th that he asked U.S. President Trump to push back the “deadline” by two weeks, and also asked Iran to open the Strait of Hormuz for two weeks as a gesture of goodwill.

For some time, Pakistan has been acting as a mediator between the United States and Iran, helping to pass messages.
