According to Iran Fars News Agency, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said that Iran’s attacks on Israel and on U.S. military bases and assets in the region will “continue unabated.” Qatar’s Al Jazeera reported that Iran’s next attack target would be a military radar system in northern Qatar. Iran’s state television cited remarks by Jabar Ghaeri, a senior commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, saying that Iran has only launched “obsolete missiles” from its stockpile so far and will soon unveil “unexpected” weapons. According to Iran’s Red Crescent Society, more than 20 of Iran’s 31 provinces were affected by the airstrikes launched by the United States and Israel today, and an attack on a girls’ school in Minab, Hormozgan Province in southern Iran resulted in the deaths of 53 students. Iran’s foreign minister, Aragchi, said that all the victims were innocent children, and Iran would not let the matter be “swept under the rug.” (Global Times)
