On April 3, Tianye Co., Ltd. released an announcement stating that the company and related parties (the company’s chairman, Yao Jiuzhi) received on April 3, 2026 the “Notice of Filing of a Case” issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as “China CSRC”) (Case Filing No. 0272026001 and Case Filing No. 0272026002). Because the company is suspected of violating laws and regulations such as information disclosure, the China CSRC has decided to file a case against the company and Yao Jiuzhi in accordance with laws and regulations including the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China.

During the filing investigation period, the company and related parties will actively cooperate with the relevant investigation work of the China CSRC.
