Many people consider cognitive ability, judgment, and willpower to be purely "mental attributes," but in reality, they are largely built upon the physical foundation. The brain itself is part of the body, and sleep, nutrition, exercise, and overall health directly influence a person's emotional stability, attention, self-control, and decision-making quality. From a holistic perspective, individuals in better physical condition tend to demonstrate more stable and efficient cognitive abilities; conversely, long-term fatigue or sub-health states are more likely to lead to judgment biases and decreased execution. However, this does not mean that physical fitness determines everything—cognitive level and life trajectory are still influenced by multiple factors such as genetics, education, and environment. More accurately, the body is the underlying carrier of cognition and behavior; it does not directly determine outcomes but significantly affects the stability and probability of a person’s performance. This, in fact, is a key aspect that many people have long overlooked.
