Car owners, hurry up and fill up! Oil prices will be adjusted tomorrow night. Domestic refined oil prices are basically locked in for the sixth consecutive increase.
Kuaike Technology, April 6 news: After the Qingming Festival holiday stretch ends, the countdown has begun for the 7th round of 2026 fuel price adjustments. With the price adjustment window opening at 24:00 on April 7, there are only 1 day left. This round’s fuel price pricing period has already completed 90%; only 1 remaining statistical workday. At present, the expected increase is far beyond the upper limit for upward adjustments. Domestic fuel prices will most likely see their sixth increase of the year, so drivers should plan ahead.
This round’s pricing period runs from March 24 to April 7. Domestic fuel price movements have been volatile, showing a trend of “rising first, then falling, and then turning back to rising.” At the start, fuel prices jumped by nearly 0.15 yuan per liter; afterward, the rise narrowed and turned into a decline, with the maximum drop reaching 0.1 yuan per liter.
But driven by the consecutive surge in international oil prices this week, domestic periodic fuel prices have rebounded for 5 consecutive statistical days. Fuel prices have turned from falling to rising again, and the currently expected increase has already exceeded 0.15 yuan per liter. The rise is essentially a foregone conclusion.
According to predictions by analysts, domestic gasoline and diesel are expected to be increased by 200 yuan/ton and 195 yuan/ton, respectively. After conversion, 92# gasoline will rise by 0.16 yuan per liter, 95# gasoline by 0.17 yuan per liter, and 0# diesel by 0.17 yuan per liter. Filling a full tank of 50 liters of 92# gasoline will cost about 8 yuan more.
At present, considering the international oil prices staying at a high level, this round’s fuel price increase has become a foregone conclusion.
Here, we remind all drivers: Domestic fuel prices are currently at a relatively high level. After the Qingming holiday, fuel prices will enter a new round of increases. If you need to refuel, it’s recommended that you go to gas stations in advance to refuel and reasonably reduce the driving cost increases caused by higher fuel prices.
If this round’s fuel price increase takes effect according to the current expected increase, the cumulative domestic fuel price increase since 2026 will exceed 2 yuan per liter, and fuel prices will also enter a “sixth consecutive increase.”
