Hibopop announcement: A shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares, Huang Song, reduced its holdings by 11.372 million shares through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange centralized bidding from March 16, 2026 to March 18, 2026, representing 0.85% of the company’s total share capital. After the reduction, Huang Song holds 66.6859 million shares, representing 4.99999%, and is no longer a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company’s shares. Previously, Huang Song had pre-disclosed a plan to reduce his holdings by no more than 13.3372 million shares, representing 1%, from March 16, 2026 to June 15, 2026. This change in equity does not trigger a tender offer, and will not affect the company’s controlling interest or governance structure.
