I just rewatched a very interesting interview with Dolly Singer, former head of talent at SpaceX, in the BBC documentary about Elon Musk. What she describes about working there is quite different from what most people imagine.

According to her, joining SpaceX is like enlisting in an elite engineering mission. It’s not an ordinary job. Every day is a double test of body and mind. If you feel comfortable, it means you’re not growing — that’s basically the mindset there.

But the most fascinating part is how she describes Musk’s brain. She claims that Elon Musk’s IQ functions in a completely different way from most people. According to her, his mental processing capacity is a thousand times greater than that of an average person. It’s not just raw intelligence — it’s the way he connects information and solves problems that’s on another level.

Dolly was very straightforward: she believes Elon Musk is smarter than Einstein. Yes, you read that right. To her, he not only has an exceptional IQ but also an unprecedented ambition. The team he assembled is called the “special operations force,” responsible for tasks that seem impossible.

What’s clear is that Elon Musk’s IQ isn’t just a number on a test. It’s his ability to keep his mind functioning under constant pressure, to see solutions where others see impossibilities. Working with him means learning to stay calm amid anxiety and constant challenges.

This perspective really changes how you see his projects — from electric cars to rockets and brain-machine interfaces. It all makes more sense when you understand that for Musk, the word “impossible” simply doesn’t exist.

Speaking of the market, prices are moving. BTC is at 68.90K (+0.57%), ETH at 2.11K (+1.81%), and DOGE at 0.09 (-1.24%). It’s worth keeping an eye on the movements.
