Science City Group Guangzhou Yuzhu Old Town Renovation Project Jiasha Resettlement Housing Opens

Viewpoint News: On April 3, the Fishpu Old City Renewal and Renovation Project promoted by the Science City Group reached an important milestone. The Jiusha Resettlement Housing Open Day event was held from March 30 to April 1, providing relocated residents with an on-site home viewing and inspection platform.

It is understood that the project is located in the core start-up area of the Guangzhou Huangpu Lingang Economic Zone. The community is equipped with facilities such as commercial streets and a 9-class kindergarten. The project team is fully working to complete and deliver 1,273 resettlement housing units to a high standard.

According to the report, the Jiusha resettlement housing has 7 planned unit types, with construction areas ranging from 35.71 square meters to 118.63 square meters.
