Kim Yo-jong positively comments on the South Korean president's statement regarding the drone incident

Kim Yo-jong, a minister of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea, made a statement on April 6.

The statement said that South Korean President Lee Jae-myung on June 6 claimed regarding the incident in which a South Korean drone entered North Korea’s airspace, and expressed regret that irresponsible risky actions have led to unnecessary military tensions.

Kim Yo-jong said it is an extremely gratifying and wise move that the South Korean president personally expressed regret and discussed measures to prevent the incident from happening again.

Kim Jong-un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea and Chairman of the State Affairs Commission, said that this shows the posture of an open and generous person. (CCTV News)
