Rui Feng Bank: Vice President Qin Xiaojun resigns due to job transfer
On April 3, Richfeng Bank issued an announcement stating that the bank’s board of directors received a written resignation letter submitted by Executive Director and Vice President Qin Xiaojun. Qin Xiaojun, due to a work reassignment, applied to resign from her roles as Executive Director, a member of the board’s Consumer Rights and Interests Protection Committee, and Vice President. After her resignation, she will no longer hold any position at the bank.
Pursuant to relevant laws and regulations and the bank’s Articles of Association, the resignation letter takes effect as of April 3, 2026.
