Iranian military claims to have hit the U.S. Navy's "Lincoln" aircraft carrier with a drone

According to reports from Iran, on March 5 local time, the spokesperson for the Khatam al-Anbiya Central Command of Iran’s Armed Forces said that the U.S. “Abraham Lincoln” aircraft carrier was hit by an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy drone in the Sea of Oman, about 340 kilometers off the border of Iran’s waters. The “Abraham Lincoln” aircraft carrier, along with its destroyers, quickly withdrew from the area, and to date it has been more than one thousand kilometers away from that region. (CCTV News)
