International Civil Aviation Organization new regulation: Each passenger is allowed to carry up to two portable power banks.

Local time on the 27th, the International Civil Aviation Organization said that starting that day, the number of power banks each passenger can carry on board will be limited to two. Passengers will also be prohibited from charging power banks during the flight. It is understood that some airlines and countries had already begun restricting the use of power banks on flights.
