MEXICO CITY, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Mexican broadcaster TV Azteca, which is controlled by Mexican business magnate Ricardo Salinas Pliego, said on Thursday that shareholders had approved a voluntary bankruptcy process for restructuring the company and its subsidiaries.
