On March 31 local time, Ali Fadavi, deputy commander of Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, said that the United States’ “stupid actions” caused the world to “lose the Strait of Hormuz.”

Ali Fadavi said that the United States misjudged the situation, and that none of the objectives it had originally set to achieve within three to five days were ultimately achieved. Many Western analysts also confirmed this.

Ali Fadavi said that the Strait of Hormuz was originally clear and unobstructed, but because of the United States’ mistake, the world “lost the Strait of Hormuz.” (CCTV reporters Li Jiannan and Zhang Zhuoya)
