** 【Caixin.com】** On the afternoon of April 3, Beijing time, Tiandi Technology issued an announcement stating that at 12:00 noon that day, the “Tianlong-3” Long One launch vehicle successfully ignited and lifted off at the Dongfeng Commercial Aerospace Innovation Test Zone. However, the rocket experienced an anomaly during flight, and the first flight test mission failed. The specific cause is currently being further analyzed and investigated.

Tiandi Technology said it has, together with relevant experts and technical teams, strictly carried out the zero-reset procedure and carried out corrective actions, to ensure the successful completion of subsequent launch missions.

Insiders told Caixin that a zero-reset involves conducting a full review of the entire process—from rocket design to manufacturing—so that the fault conditions can be fully reproduced. This enables the cause of the fault to be pinpointed, and, through design improvements and test verification, ensures that the problem is systematically eliminated.
