$ASTER ๐จ Aster DEX dropped a game-changing update today: theyโre scrapping the old 78.4M $ASTER monthly unlock (thatโs ~1% of max supply hitting the market every single month) and switching to a staking-only emission model.
Now ecosystem tokens are released exclusively as staking rewards- just 450K $ASTER per weekly epoch, or roughly 1.8Mโ2.25M per month.
Thatโs a 97% reduction in new supply pressure. No more linear dumps. Every token earned has to be staked first.
