CoinWorld News reports that crypto research firm Santiment tweeted: Bitcoin large transaction activity has fallen to historic lows, as key holders await clear guidance from the U.S. Clarity Act and long-term resolution of geopolitical conflicts. Last week's data showed that daily BTC transfers of $100,000 and above totaled only 6,417 transactions, the lowest since September 2023; large transfers of $1 million and above numbered only 1,485, hitting a new low since October 2024. This indicates that against a backdrop of highly uncertain policy and global conditions, both institutional funds and retail investors remain in a wait-and-see mode.
