Insight Network News: Fuzhou Metro Real Estate Co., Ltd.'s “Ruijie Business Center Phase II” project obtained the enterprise domestic investment project record within the county-level authority on March 23, 2026. The approval result is completed (approved).

According to publicly available information, the land parcel corresponding to this project is No. 2025-61. Fuzhou Metro Real Estate acquired it on November 20, 2025, for 139 million yuan, with an estimated floor price of about 5,317 yuan per square meter. The land is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Minjiang Avenue and Tongjiang Road in Cangshan District, adjacent to Pu Shang Avenue Station on Metro Line 5. The land area is approximately 12,449 square meters (18.67 acres), with a floor area ratio below 2.1 and a building height limit of 50 meters.

According to reports, as a commercial supplement within the radiation range of the metro station, this project is an important layout for Fuzhou Metro Real Estate to cultivate the commercial ecosystem around transit stations. It will focus on the needs of citizens’ consumption and regional industrial support, creating a commercial and business complex integrating shopping, office, and leisure functions.
