On the evening of March 19, Dinglong Co., Ltd. (300054) announced that the main factory building and supporting facilities of the “Annual Production of 300 Tons of KrF/ArF Photolithography Resin Industrialization Project” invested and constructed by its controlling subsidiary Dinglong (Qianjiang) New Materials Co., Ltd. have been completed and have recently been put into smooth operation.

The announcement shows that this project is China’s first high-end wafer photolithography resin mass production line covering the entire process from “organic synthesis—polymer synthesis—refinement and purification—photoresist mixing.” It has advantages in product model and process coverage, self-production of core raw materials, and verification platform resources equipped with lithography machines.

Dinglong Co., Ltd. introduced that the highly automated flexible production line can support multi-category market coverage. The company has already built more than 30 finished product lines and reserved equal-scale expansion space, allowing flexible capacity increases based on market demand. The product range covers all sizes used in chip manufacturing, effectively meeting the urgent needs of downstream wafer fab customers for key materials. The company’s ArF and KrF photolithography resin products cover all process technology nodes of domestic wafer fabs and are widely used in high-end storage (3D NAND, DRAM) and high-performance logic devices.

At the same time, the company has solved the supply chain bottleneck for key raw materials, breaking through the security issues in raw material supply. The announcement states that the company has multiple raw material synthesis and purification lines, with core production lines for organic synthesis and polymer synthesis, achieving independent supply of key raw materials such as core resins, special monomers, and photoacid generators, overcoming domestic supply difficulties for high-end photolithography resin raw materials.

Dinglong Co., Ltd.'s main business spans two major sectors: semiconductor and general consumables for printing and copying. Currently, the company is focusing on innovative materials for semiconductors, covering three segments: CMP process materials for semiconductor manufacturing, wafer photolithography resins, semiconductor display materials, and advanced packaging materials.

Previously released earnings forecast shows that Dinglong Co., Ltd. expects to achieve a net profit attributable to shareholders of approximately 700 million to 730 million yuan in 2025, representing a year-on-year increase of about 34.44% to 40.20%. The profit growth is mainly attributed to the strong growth in semiconductor and display materials businesses, along with the company’s ongoing efforts to deepen cost control and optimize operational efficiency.

The company stated that it has already laid out more than 30 high-end wafer photolithography resins, including immersion ArF and KrF, to meet the urgent needs of domestic core wafer fab customers. More than half of these products have been sample-tested by customers, with several products already achieving stable mass supply, and multiple products are in the process of securing orders. The completion and operation of the “Annual Production of 300 Tons of KrF/ArF Photolithography Resin Industrialization Project” marks a significant breakthrough in the high-end semiconductor materials field. This achievement enables full-process independence and control from key materials to photolithography resin products, allowing for more efficient response to customer needs, rapid and high-quality product delivery, and creating new growth points for the company.
