During the Mobile World Congress on March 3, 2026, the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the TeleManagement Forum (TMF) officially signed a strategic cooperation memorandum. CAICT became TMF’s first authorized organization in China for self-intelligent network grading assessment, marking a new phase in the collaboration between the two parties in the field of self-intelligent networks.
