People's Financial News, March 23 — At a press conference held by the State Council Information Office today (the 23rd), the National Intellectual Property Administration introduced that during the special action for patent transformation and application, approximately 80,000 invention patents from universities and research institutions across the country have successfully achieved industrialization. As of the end of 2025, the industrialization rates of invention patents from universities and research institutions reached 10.1% and 17.2% respectively, both showing significant improvement compared to before the special action. A batch of high-quality existing patents have been excavated and achieved transformation.
