People Finance News, March 24 — The Hang Seng Index opened up 1.55%, and the Hang Seng Tech Index rose 1.3%. Lao Pu Gold surged over 10%, WuXi AppTec rose nearly 4%, Xpeng Inc., NIO, Kuaishou, and others gained over 2%.
