Wu said it has learned that multiple teams at the Ethereum Foundation have launched pq ethereum org as a dedicated resource portal for Ethereum's post-quantum security work. The Foundation stated that this work originated from early research dating back to 2018 and has now evolved into a cross-team, fully open-source long-term collaboration. The Foundation also noted that 10+ client teams are currently conducting post-quantum interoperability testnet development and releasing updates weekly, while opening registrations for the October 2026 Cambridge PQ Research closed-door meeting.
