Insta360 Securities Department Responds to DJI Lawsuit for Infringement: Currently Confirming with Legal Department

Regarding today’s media report that DJI sued Yingstone Innovation for patent infringement, a reporter contacted Yingstone Innovation’s securities department as an investor. The staff responded that they have already taken note of the relevant information and are currently confirming with the company’s legal department. If there are any developments that meet disclosure standards, they will disclose them to the public. It is reported that recently DJI officially filed a patent ownership dispute lawsuit against Yingstone Innovation at the Intermediate People’s Court of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, involving six patent rights disputes, with several former DJI core R&D personnel accused of involvement. This is DJI’s first patent ownership dispute filed domestically, and the court has already officially accepted the case. (Cailian Press)
