Currently, Zhangzhou has built the country’s first quantum metropolitan area network covering the city, counties (districts), and towns, including Xiangcheng, Longhai, High-tech Zone, and Changtai. Once fully operational, this network will provide high-level secure communication capabilities for government agencies, financial institutions, and key enterprises, establishing a city-level quantum security foundation.

Zhangzhou Telecom leverages quantum technology for in-depth scenario development, achieving practical applications across multiple industries to safeguard core areas of security and order. First, ensuring communication security for major events.
