According to Bloomberg, Paris-based hardware wallet company Ledger has completed a secondary equity sale of approximately $50 million, with the transaction completed in the fourth quarter of last year, led by Chief Executive Officer Pascal Gauthier, during which an early investor sold its stake. Gauthier stated that the company currently has no immediate plans for an IPO and declined to disclose the company valuation corresponding to this transaction.
