Managed by Fundrise, an SEC-registered non-diversified investment company since 2021, VCX had over 100,000 pre-listing investors and initial assets under management (AUM) exceeding $650 million. Its net asset value (NAV) entering trading was $18.97 per share.

VCX Democratizes Access to Private Tech

VCX opens ownership of top private companies to all retail traders. It targets high-growth private technology firms across stages, from early to late, and holds positions post-IPO when applicable. Key sectors include AI/machine learning, data infrastructure, fintech, aerospace, gaming, and related growth areas.

VCX’s top five holdings include:

  • Anthropic (20.7%)

  • Databricks (17.7%)

  • OpenAI (9.9%)

  • Anduril (6.9%)

  • Ramp (5.1%)

If core unrestricted shareholders hold firm, scarcity could push prices above NAV; selling pressure might pull it below, akin to Robinhood Markets’ HOOD +2.26% ▲ Robinhood Ventures Fund I RVI +6.17% ▲ debut.
