The busiest people in the world are often the ones with the least money. This is not because effort has no value, but because the direction and structural position of that effort differ. In a social division of labor system, the returns obtained solely through physical effort and time investment are often pre-determined. If the lower class's "diligence" lacks understanding of rules, resource flows, and value distribution mechanisms, it essentially amounts to constantly exchanging one's time for limited gains. You may think you're actively seeking opportunities, but in reality, you might just be entering a cycle that has already been designed, using consumption to exchange for meager returns. The core of wealth is not about doing more, but about which position you stand in, what resources you control, and understanding the logic of distribution. If you don't see where value originates, how it flows, and who ultimately benefits, then no matter how much you invest, it may just be inefficient repetitive work. True breakthroughs are often not about working harder, but about pausing first to examine: what is your skill structure? Where are your advantages? What are your weaknesses? Is your current position creating incremental value, or just consuming existing stock? Once the direction is clear, effort will generate leverage rather than mere depletion. Instead of blindly accelerating, it's better to first improve your understanding. Understanding the rules is more important than repetitive labor.
