Visionox: The equity structure of Hefei Jianshu has changed

Vixinno Announcement: Recently, the shareholder holding more than 5%, Hefei Jianshu Investment Co., Ltd., notified us that the equity structure of Hefei Jianshu has changed, and the relevant business registration procedures have been completed. To accelerate the development of the new display industry in Shushan District, Hefei City, and optimize the capital layout and structure of district-owned state-owned enterprises, Hefei Shushan Urban Construction Investment Co., Ltd. and Hefei Shushan Investment Holding Co., Ltd. signed an equity transfer agreement. Hefei Shushan Construction transferred 100% of its equity in Hefei Jianshu to Hefei Shushan Investment at no consideration through a private agreement. After this transfer, Hefei Shushan Investment will directly hold 100% of Hefei Jianshu’s equity. The controlling shareholder of Hefei Jianshu has changed from Hefei Shushan Construction to Hefei Shushan Investment, but the actual controller of Hefei Jianshu remains unchanged.
