Orient Securities held an internal meeting this afternoon, announcing Zhou Lei as the Party Secretary of Orient Securities. According to reporters, Zhou Lei was previously Vice President of Shanghai International Group and was transferred to Vice President of Shenneng Group before the Spring Festival. Records show that Zhou Lei has been Vice President of Shanghai International Group since September 2019 and has served as a director of Guotai Junan Securities, a member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, and a non-executive director.
