The official also said that Khamenei’s body was found in the ruins of his residence. Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu issued a statement saying there are many signs indicating that Iran’s Supreme Leader Khamenei is no longer alive. He emphasized that Israel had carried out strikes on Khamenei’s location that day. Netanyahu said that the military operation that day killed several key leaders involved in Iran’s nuclear program, and Israel will continue to target multiple Iranian sites. Additionally, Netanyahu stated that the military operations will continue as long as necessary and called on all parties to remain patient. Previously, an informed source revealed that Iran’s Supreme Leader had entered the command room to oversee operations, similar to during last year’s “Twelve Days War” with Israel.
