Gelonghui, February 25 — ST Xinhua Jin (600735.SH) announced that on February 25, 2026, the company received a “Notice of Filing” (No.: Zhengjian Filing Notice 0242026002) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, including the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to file a case against the company.
The company’s actual controller, Mr. Zhang Jianhua, received a “Notice of Filing” (No.: Zhengjian Filing Notice 0242026003) from the CSRC on February 25, 2026. Due to suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations, including the Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Administrative Penalty Law of the People’s Republic of China, the CSRC has decided to file a case against him.
