A settlement is reached in a case tied to eBay's bizarre deliveries and harassment campaign
A Massachusetts couple, David and Ina Steiner, who were subjected to a harassment campaign by former eBay employees, have reached a settlement in their lawsuit against the company. The couple, who run an online newsletter, had filed a 2021 lawsuit alleging conspiracy to intimidate and silence them through threats and bizarre deliveries. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed, and the case has been dismissed by a Boston U.S. District Judge.
