For the year ending December 31, 2025, the group’s net profit was HKD 49.2 billion, up 13% year-on-year; adjusted EBITDA was HKD 14.5 billion, up 19% year-on-year. In 2025, the gaming business had a higher net win rate, which contributed approximately HKD 1.482 billion to adjusted EBITDA. After normalizing the net win rate, the 2025 adjusted EBITDA was HKD 13 billion, an increase of 5% year-on-year. The group’s attributable profit was HKD 10.7 billion, up 22% year-on-year. A final dividend of HKD 0.80 per share is proposed.
In the fourth quarter, the group’s net profit was HKD 13.8 billion, up 22% year-on-year and 14% quarter-on-quarter; adjusted EBITDA for the quarter was HKD 4.3 billion, up 33% year-on-year and 29% quarter-on-quarter. The gaming business had a higher net win rate, which added about HKD 731 million to adjusted EBITDA. After normalizing the net win rate, the fourth quarter’s adjusted EBITDA was HKD 3.6 billion, up 9% year-on-year and 7% quarter-on-quarter.
Regarding the performance of Galaxy Entertainment, the group continues to drive growth across various businesses, with a particular focus on the high-end mid-tier and ultra-high-end mid-tier segments. The Capella Hotel officially commenced trial operations in May 2025 and officially opened on February 10, 2026. With Capella’s ultra-luxurious suites, we can more effectively capture the ultra-high-end mid-tier market on a large scale, further strengthening our leading position in this high-value market.
As of December 31, 2025, cash and liquid investments totaled HKD 36.3 billion, with a net of HKD 35 billion after deducting HKD 1.3 billion in liabilities.
