Xi'an consolidates the listing of 8 land parcels; Xincheng District Happiness Forest Belt residential land starts at 410 million yuan

Guandian.com News: On February 23, the Xi’an Public Resources Exchange Center announced the online listing and transfer of state-owned construction land use rights. A total of 8 plots covering 378.3 acres were released at once, with a starting total price of 576 million yuan. The online listing period for these 8 plots is from March 5 to March 18, 2026.

Among them, the only residential land in this transfer, XC11-7-163, is located in the Xingfu Forest Belt area of the New District. It covers 57.3 acres, with a starting price of 410 million yuan and a bid deposit of 82.1 million yuan. The land requires the successful bidder to undertake construction of 38.8 acres of public middle school, 11,000 square meters of municipal roads, and 2,490 square meters of park green space. The area is served by intersecting Metro Lines 6 and 8, with mature commercial, educational, and medical facilities.

The remaining seven plots are industrial land, totaling 320.9 acres, with a combined starting price of 166 million yuan. They are located in High-tech Zone, Huyi District, and the Aviation Base. The industrial focus includes intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, and information technology. All are supplied as “standard land” with investment intensity and per-acre tax revenue required to be under regulatory agreements with the local government, and they cannot be subdivided or transferred.
