Affected by winter storms, the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate postpone voting

Due to a severe winter storm sweeping through the northeastern United States, causing flight cancellations and delays, both the House of Representatives and the Senate have postponed their first round of votes to the 24th. A Republican source said that the House will return to the Capitol one day later than originally planned.
