Report: State-owned enterprises actively enter the real estate construction business; some companies proactively position themselves in the urban renewal track

Zhongzhi Research Institute released a report on February 20th analyzing the current state of real estate agency construction operations. The report shows that central state-owned enterprises are actively entering the agency construction sector and are developing rapidly by leveraging resource advantages. Additionally, with frequent favorable policies such as urban renewal and old district reconstruction, some companies are also exploring agency construction in this field, beginning to seek opportunities in first-tier cities like Guangzhou and Beijing.
