If you have to bet on a profession that is "least likely to be replaced by AI," it might be sex work.

You can have emotional AI, virtual partners, adult robots; technology will become increasingly realistic, and algorithms will get smarter. But no matter how advanced the program, at its core, it's still just a program.
Many people don't seek perfect service, but rather the unpredictability and authenticity that come with a "real person."
AI can simulate desire, but that doesn't mean it possesses desire.
Robots can mimic movements, but they can't replicate the complexity of human nature.
Of course, this doesn't mean the industry won't face disruption. Low-end demand might be replaced, and cheap companionship could be overtaken by algorithms. But the parts based on real bodies and genuine interaction might actually become more scarce.
Everything can be generated, optimized, and mass-produced,
but "real people" themselves might be the last moat.
