Montana Capital Partners (MCP) has announced the final close of its sixth private equity secondaries fund, OSP VI, with a total program size of US$1.4 billion. The fund focuses on mid-market private equity investments through GP-led and LP-led transactions in North America and Western Europe, having already deployed over 50% of its capital. OSP VI is the first fund closed since PGIM acquired MCP in 2021, and it continues to build on MCP’s decade of experience in secondaries, leveraging PGIM’s global footprint.
