I just watched a video of a nurse who bought a car wash.
She paid €400,000 for it and allocated 100% of the profits for a year to pay off the loan. Now she earns between €5,000 and €7,000 per week, working only 10–15 hours a week, and was able to retire from her nursing career. Why aren't more people doing this?
