International oil prices dipped slightly on the 17th. By the close of trading that day, the light crude oil futures for March delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 56 cents, closing at $62.33 per barrel, a decrease of 0.89%; the London Brent crude oil futures for April delivery dropped by $1.23, closing at $67.42 per barrel, a decrease of 1.79%.
