In recent years, China’s charitable trusts have shown an accelerating development trend. According to data released by the China Trustee Association, by the end of 2025, the cumulative registered scale of charitable trusts in China reached 10.231 billion yuan, surpassing the 100 billion yuan mark. Journalists learned from the China Trustee Association that among the nearly 1.7 billion yuan of new charitable trust registrations in 2025, 508 new charitable trust cases were registered, with a new device case scale of 926 million yuan; there were 151 existing charitable trust modification registrations, increasing the registration scale by 768 million yuan.
