I'm not gonna lie to you..

Things are about to get hard..
Crypto is in a rough place right now..
Consumer apps.. most of them didn't work..
Memecoins.. rugged a lot of normal people who trusted the wrong narratives..
I could keep going but you already know the rest..
If you're trying to build right now.. you're gonna have to build at the intersection of crypto.. not inside of it..
Pure crypto products aren't getting traction like they used to.. you need something that bridges Web2 users into Web3.. not something that only serves people already here..
You're gonna have to learn how to pivot.. experiment a lot.. fail fast.. try again..
This is gonna hurt.. honestly..
But if you survive this period.. it'll be worth it..
Here's what I'd recommend:
Spend less time going to every event and conference.. sit at your desk and lock in.. ship something real..
If you aren't built for that.. if grinding through a bear market while everyone else gave up isn't your thing..
Then you need to go take a break.. seriously..
There's no shame in stepping away.. coming back when conditions are better.. preserving your mental health and capital..
But if you're staying.. then actually stay.. don't half-ass it..
