Dingdang Health's Yu Lei resigns as Executive Director and Vice President; Meng Fanzhou takes over

Viewpoint.com News: On February 16, Dingdang Health Technology Group Co., Ltd. announced a personnel change. The announcement states that Yu Lei has resigned from the roles of Executive Director, Vice President, and all positions within the group due to personal career development plans and related reasons, effective from February 16, 2026. Yu Lei confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board of directors.

On the same day, the board announced that Meng Fanzhou has been appointed as an Executive Director and Vice President, with the same effective date of February 16, 2026. Meng Fanzhou, aged 43, joined the group in August 2015 and is currently responsible for the daily operations of Dingdang Kuaiyao Technology. According to the announcement, Meng Fanzhou holds 2.3 million shares of the company. His initial term as an Executive Director is three years, and he will not receive director’s remuneration.

As of the announcement date, the company’s Executive Directors include Yang Wenlong, Yang Yibin, Xu Ning, Yu Qinglong, and Meng Fanzhou.
