This week, the nationwide fixed caustic soda plant and warehouse inventory for enterprises with a capacity of 200,000 tons or more is 471,400 tons (wet basis), down 9.41% month-on-month, up 2.97% year-on-year. The storage ratios in North China, East China, and South China declined month-on-month, while those in Northwest China, Central China, Northeast China, and Southwest China increased month-on-month. Among them, the caustic soda prices in East China declined after being constrained by the falling prices in Shandong, and as the main downstream non-aluminum sectors gradually signed monthly orders, inventories decreased.
