Maintenance costs are far lower than using all kinds of messy serverless solutions that connect here and there.
Using serverless alone makes managing environments a headache, and the mental burden of switching is even more overwhelming. Plus, serverless has too many limitations, sometimes requiring clever tricks.
By mid-project, the bills immediately explode.
